Jau Flour, also known as Barley Flour, is made by grinding whole Jau grains. It is a great alternative to wheat flour due to its low glycemic index (GI). Jau flour can be used in baking, making flatbreads, and various other recipes, offering a nutty flavor along with numerous health benefits, such as improved digestion and heart health.


PROCESS
Unlike the modern milling process where the fibres are removed as they are concentrated in bran, we wash the grains keeping the bran, endosperm and germ intact.
