At Tarai Organic Farms, Customer Satisfaction and Safety are at the focus of all Business Decisions. We have invested significant time, energy and money in our R&D to design special customised packaging to ship our products.

Please note our shipping policies as below -

Domestic Shipping

We have partnered with third party logistics service provider Shiprocket to deliver our products Safely and Securely to our customers. Just Order away and we will be there to address any concerns arising out of Shipping and Logistics damages.

A complete postal address, email id & contact number is essential to help us ship your order smoother & faster.

Depending on the location, it takes 4-10 working days for the order to be delivered as we deliver straight from our farm which is situated in a small village Nanpara near Indo-Nepal border.

As soon as your order is dispatched, we will inform you of your tracking details.

International Shipping

We ship to all major countries through economical and reliable logistics service providers within 10-15 days. The logistics rates will vary from country to country and will be as per the weight of the parcel.

Tarai Organic Farms reserves the right to cancel an order within 48 hours from the time of order.
